Since moving in, Janna (property manager) has been very responsive and attentive. I enjoy the amount of space and extra storage my townhome provides, and the lawns are always beautifully maintained. I have rented from several other property management companies over the years and Starr Properties, by far, has been the easiest to work with and have very well-maintained properties.

I love the location of my house. There's a Walmart and Hy-Vee nearby, so I can go whenever I want. There are also famous restaurants in Columbia like Shakespeare's Pizza on the next block. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe and my kids have no problem running around. If you live here, you'll never want to live anyone else.

Starr Properties is one of the best management companies that I have ever encountered. They are friendly, prompt and provide excellent maintenance service. They are not greedy or money grabbing and are really helpful to you. I cannot praise them enough.
