Starr Properties is one of the best management companies that I have ever encountered. They are friendly, prompt and provide excellent maintenance service. They are not greedy or money grabbing and are really helpful to you. I cannot praise them enough.

The best things about Starr: our neighborhood is so friendly and quiet with kind neighbors, and we have never had to wait for a response for anything! Love them!

I have been living here for four years. The environment is so pleasant and clean that I have no reason to move elsewhere. Even when minor issues arise in the home, they are addressed very quickly, so I never experience any inconvenience. It is also great that a supermarket is within walking distance, and both an elementary school and a middle school are nearby. For me, it is the perfect home.
