The best things about Starr: our neighborhood is so friendly and quiet with kind neighbors, and we have never had to wait for a response for anything! Love them!

I love the location of my house. There's a Walmart and Hy-Vee nearby, so I can go whenever I want. There are also famous restaurants in Columbia like Shakespeare's Pizza on the next block. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe and my kids have no problem running around. If you live here, you'll never want to live anyone else.

I've had a multi-year, wholly positive experience with STARR. The STARR team routinely reflects the most important things I want in a property management company: (1) honestly; (2) a quick and helpful response to matters that arise; and (3) "no surprises" - I want to be kept proactively informed on issues that impact me.
