Since moving in, Janna (property manager) has been very responsive and attentive. I enjoy the amount of space and extra storage my townhome provides, and the lawns are always beautifully maintained. The location is excellent. Family oriented and just off West Broadway, minutes away from Hyvee (literally a minute from Hyvee and close enough to walk to) and approx. 400 yds away from Walmart on the other side of the road. Very safe location with lots of middle class and upper middle class families.
