Starr Properties is one of the best management companies that I have ever encountered. They are friendly, prompt and provide excellent maintenance service. They are not greedy or money grabbing and are really helpful to you. I cannot praise them enough.

The location is excellent. Family oriented and just off West Broadway, minutes away from Hyvee (literally a minute from Hyvee and close enough to walk to) and approx. 400 yds away from Walmart on the other side of the road. Very safe location with lots of middle class and upper middle class families.

It was a good house that I rented with them. STARR property management is friendly, flexible and very understanding of their tenant’s needs. We had a wonderful two years in one of their single family homes. They were very accommodative and helpful when something needs to be fixed right away.
